YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and application developers, you will ensure that our data platform is efficient, reliable, and ready to support cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as dbt and Airflow.
• Managing data in Snowflake, Databricks, and other modern data platforms.
• Ensuring data integrity, performance, and security across streaming and real-time pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate, transform, and automate data processes.
• Utilizing SQL and Python for data manipulation and pipeline development.
• Setting up and maintaining Git-based CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of high-quality data products.
• Monitoring data systems for performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

As a key team member, you will drive the optimization of data flow and data-driven product functionality for our APPRETIO platform. You will take ownership of data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and innovation while influencing how data supports next-generation AI and analytics solutions. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will help transform data into actionable insights, enabling BESTSELLER to make informed, impactful decisions.
