We are seeking a hybrid profile that combines data engineering, data analysis, and business understanding. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization. Data Engineer / Analyst Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain data pipelines within a Databricks environment Work with structured and unstructured data Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders Translate business needs into data solutions Develop dashboards and reports Skills Experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Analytics Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data processing tools to work within Databricks Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Strong communication and business-oriented thinking Ability to gather and document requirements (Business Analyst component) Understanding of business processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience translating business needs into practical solutions InnoWave gives equal opportunity in employment regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, or any other factor.
