Description

Responsibilities

Contribute to portal development and maintaining database structures and data pipelines to ensure efficient data storage, analysis, and retrieval.
Integrate new data sources, analytical tools, and functionalities for the portal, ensuring effective data management for seamless operation and analysis.
Proficient in handling various imaging data formats, including DICOM, and experience in managing and utilizing medical image storage systems such as PACS.
Determine and implement the technical architecture and infrastructure requirements for the portal ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
Develop Open Science dashboards to enhance transparency and accessibility of research data.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhancements to optimize portal performance and user experience.
Utilize programming languages and tools to understand the data requirements of stakeholders and design solutions that facilitate secure data access and sharing
