Join our Riverflex Data & Analytics (D&A) team as an Associate Director of Data Engineering (DE)!
We are expanding our team to fuel our strong growth in the D&A domain with a focus on building a next-gen (AI-driven) data engineering capability. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and growing our DE team at Riverflex, while guiding our clients through their digital transformation journeys.

• Lead end-to-end data engineering projects, from strategy to execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Design scalable, real-time, cloud-native data platforms using tools like Azure, Databricks, Terraform, and Airflow.
• Review and refine code, data structures, and solutions to deliver high-performance systems.
• Develop and promote methodologies, accelerators, and best practices for our clients and team.
• Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Mentor and inspire team members, creating a collaborative environment of autonomy and continuous learning.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor top-tier data engineering talent, growing the team’s capabilities.
