About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team: Automotive Mastermind provides a proprietary automated sales and marketing SaaS platform for dealerships based in the US. We empower dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them. In short, we help automotive dealerships generate success in their loyalty, service, and conquest portfolios through a combination of turnkey predictive analytics, proactive marketing and dedicated consultative services. Responsibilities and Impact: Build and support data ingestion and processing pipelines, ensuring efficient extraction, loading, and transformation of big data from diverse sources. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements, collaborating closely with product teams. Develop data warehouses, data marts, and aggregations that provide actionable insights into product efficacy, marketing strategies, and customer behavior. Create real-time monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to enhance data processing reliability and performance. Document data assets, metrics, and KPIs to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud-native environment and data frameworks, enhancing scalability and efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Building enterprise-scale software using Python, Containerization technology, Container orchestration systems Building ‘big data’ data pipelines with distributed frameworks like Apache Spark, Dataflow, etc. along with workflow automation & scheduling frameworks like Apache Airflow Building DataMarts in OLAPs, assembling large and complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements, Data modeling & cataloging SQL & distributed NO-SQL datastores (DBA level) e.g. Postgres, MongoDB, BigQuery, Cassandra etc. Business Intelligence (BI) tools and frameworks, BI reporting Agile software development, working in multi-functional multi-location teams.
