Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Are you passionate about building robust, scalable, and intelligent systems that power the next generation of AI? Do you enjoy designing large-scale infrastructure that accelerates research and enhances the quality of AI agents? We’re looking for engineers to help build high-quality infrastructure that ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of the AI Copilot platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to systems that support continuous quality measurement, real-time monitoring, and rapid experimentation at scale. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Develop and execute complex queries using SQL Server and Kusto (KQL) for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Perform data troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production and test environments. Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine data management and system monitoring tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and automation workflows. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data pipeline efficiency and reliability. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related technical roles. Proficiency in SQL Server (writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). Hands-on experience with Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Azure Data Explorer or related tools. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system administration. Must be in located in WA - preferably in Redmond. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in a cloud-based environment (Azure preferred). Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration. A competitive pay range $95,000 - $97,000 (depending on experience) 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO). 8 paid holidays + 1 personal floating holiday 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
