We are looking for a talented BI & Data Analyst to join our data team and play a key role in building scalable processes, insightful dashboards, and advanced analytics within a cutting-edge technological environment. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Design, implement, and maintain data solutions using cloud-based tools. Develop dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights. Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions. Work with ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization. Adapt quickly to new challenges in a dynamic environment, with a strong drive for continuous learning. Requirements What we’re looking for: 5+ years of relevant experience in data/BI/analytics roles. Expert-level SQL skills – mandatory. 2+ years of experience working with different databases – mandatory. Hands-on ETL experience – mandatory. Academic background in engineering, computer science, or data-related fields – mandatory. Advantageous: Experience with ETL tools. Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker). Practical coding experience in Python. Experience with Kafka. Experience with cloud data platforms. Experience in financial systems. Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. Great communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
