Data Engineer – with MarTech Experience Data Engineer with MarTech - Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with MarTech experience with a strong foundation in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing technology tools and platforms along with strong data engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of hands-on Snowflake, Braze and Matillion. This role involves working closely with cross functional teams to support data-driven initiatives across the organization and teams. Key Responsibilities: Technology Integration: Connect various marketing platforms (CRM, SMS/Push/email marketing, analytics, automation tools) to ensure data flows smoothly across systems. Data Management: Design and maintain data pipelines for marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking. Develop and implement data models within Snowflake to support business intelligence and analytics requirements. Automation: Build and manage workflows for marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer journeys. Custom Development: Develop scripts or small applications (often in JavaScript or Python) to support marketing initiatives. Compliance & Security: Ensure marketing technologies comply with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Platform Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor data pipeline and ETL performance, identifying bottlenecks and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system performance. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, JSON, YAML and API integrations Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
