QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in API management, data integration, and analytics in a dynamic, high-change environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, and Python, with practical experience in event processing and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders for compliance and improvement initiatives.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting quickly, ideally suited for a startup culture focused on innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an application that oversees the API lifecycle for standards and policy compliance, ensuring organized and accessible APIs for various personas.
  • Implement capabilities for contextualized similarity API searches, duplicate variant identification, and API consolidation to enhance discoverability and utility.
  • Integrate multiple sources into the API inventory, including cloud DNS, firewall tools, ServiceNow, observability platforms, and traffic processing tools such as WAF, BOT, and gateways.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to facilitate standards education, identify gaps in compliance, and devise remediation strategies to improve adherence to established standards.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, high-change environment, leveraging event processing, data analysis, and AI model training using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
