We are looking for an experienced Databricks Expert / Senior Data Engineer to join our team and lead complex, high-impact Data projects on the Databricks platform.

If you have strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Data Engineering, Spark and Python, and enjoy designing and building scalable Data solutions from architecture through production — we’d love to hear from you.

What will you do?Design, develop and implement advanced Data solutions on Databricks
Lead end-to-end Data projects, from requirements and architecture through Production
Develop scalable, high-performance ETL/ELT processes and Data Pipelines
Work with Python, PySpark, Apache Spark, SQL and Delta Lake
Integrate data from diverse enterprise systems and sources
Optimize performance, processing efficiency and costs
Work in Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCP
Collaborate with Data, DevOps, BI and Architecture teams
Contribute to organizational Data architecture, standards and Best Practices

What are we looking for?5+ years of proven experience with Databricks projects – mandatory
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Proven experience developing on Databricks in Production environments
Strong experience with Apache Spark / PySpark
Experience developing ETL/ELT processes and Data Pipelines
Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture
Advanced SQL skills
Experience working with Cloud platforms – Azure / AWS / GCP
Experience working with large-scale Data systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a system-wide perspective
Ability to work independently and take ownership
