Experience with Snowflake, DBT - 1 to 2 years - Required Experience with SSIS, SQL Server, SQL, relational database, etc. - 1 to 3 years - Required Knowledge of the Property and casualty Insurance industry is a plus Ability to recognize past issue patterns and apply them to the existing problem-resolutionprocess Self-motivated, team player with the ability to work and mentor junior resources in differentregions Ability to work with the other groups and lead the ETL solution Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills Experience with Azure - 0-2 years - good to have Comfortable working with complex ETL solutions and large data sets Organized with Strong written and Verbal communication skills Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Agile Processes
