EuroABS is a data-centric financial services company, with a focus on processing and publishing data in the securitisation market, primarily in the residential mortgage and automobile loan sectors. Our clients are large-scale data providers such as banks and mortgage providers, who are required to produce data which conforms to standards set by entities such as the Bank of England and the European Securities and Markets Authority.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5 years Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • Experience working on Azure SQL DB
  • Basic Excel and Access skills
  • CSV and XML handling

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

EuroABS is seeking a data engineer to work on both new and existing data processing solutions within a small, agile development team. The role will be split between building/maintaining internal infrastructure and managing support requests from users within the company.
Our existing infrastructure includes Azure SQL Databases which back both public and internal websites, data processing systems and utilities. Most of the role will involve troubleshooting, developing, testing and deploying required code changes for internal users of these systems.
The role will also include resolving day-to-day IT support issues which will involve investigating data related anomalies, data cleansing, validation and correction
