Job Description: Job Title – Data Engineer The Purpose of This Role A talented individual to contribute in our effort in engineering, developing enterprise-based data layer in Cloud (AWS, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, Cloud ETL capabilities) for supporting the HCIM Product line Cloud migration and Data strategy project. Our product offerings are designed and implemented on Oracle, Informatica, PLSQL and Java. The candidate should possess good control over these technologies as well as Cloud technologies mentioned above to contribute actively in Data migration & engineering on Cloud platform including security & governance. The Value You Deliver A technology focused software development space with a focused/driven attitude towards developing and supporting of critical systems with extensive reporting capability. Focus on getting the data to Cloud using approved principles and preferred technology stack (AWS, Python, NIFI, Snowflake, Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica). undefined The Skills that are Key to this role Technical / Behavioral Work experience in Oracle, SQL, PLSQL and Informatica, good understanding of relational databases and data warehouses concepts Good understanding of various AWS offerings. Preferably knowing the following software/tools: o EMR, S3, EC2, RDS, Dynamo DB, CFT, CLI / SDK o Snowflake, Snow Client o Apache NIFI and similar Ingestion tools o Object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, Scala, etc. • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Must be able to work in a matrixed (onshore/offshore) environment. Strong inter-personal and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations. Capacity to quickly understand and incorporate new technologies.
