ABOUT THE JOB
People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data quality analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts.
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
With a scientific background and solid experience in IT development, you have carried out and brought into production Data Engineering projects that satisfied your clients/business units. You are motivated by transformation challenges and comfortable with the Agile methodology;
Pedagogical, you know how to communicate clearly and intelligibly, both in writing and orally, to different stakeholders by adapting to the technical levels expected by your interlocutors. You are assertive and eager to share your experiences and know-how;
You have good experience with data processing technologies (Dataiku), relational and non-relational databases (ORACLE), and programming languages (Python), and you are passionate about data;
Finally, we attach particular importance to our future collaborators acting with responsibility and professional ethics on a daily basis.
