What you’ll bring Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to support job monitoring and operational logging. - Design and manage data ingestion workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data flow across systems. - Clean, transform, and structure datasets to support AI and machine learning workflows. - Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure consistency and reliability of datasets. - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and product teams to ensure data requirements are met. - Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system efficiency. - Document pipeline architecture, data flow diagrams, and processes for internal teams. Requirements: - Strong experience with ETL pipeline development and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Luigi, etc.). - Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred). - Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. - Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and pipeline optimization. - Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and ability to prepare datasets for training, evaluation, and productionization. - Knowledge of logging systems, job monitoring, or observability platforms is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Good communication and documentation skills.
