What you'll be doing• Operating and further developing internal migration tools to optimize data processes• Planning and executing complex migration projects in coordination with interdisciplinary teams• Ensuring data integrity and security throughout the entire migration lifecycle• Conducting comprehensive testing and validation to ensure error-free transitions• Documenting migration workflows and participating in on-call rotations to ensure operational stability

What we're looking for• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field• Extensive professional experience in data migration with strong SQL and MSSQL SSIS skills• Proficiency in Python programming and a willingness to work with JSON, Mirth, and HL7 standards• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex technical scenarios• Professional fluency in both German and English with a collaborative and independent work style
