REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau.
  • Experience with major data science languages, such as R and Python.
  • Ability to manage and merge disparate data sources using R, Python, or SQL.
  • Experience supporting USINDOPACOM.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis to transform data into narrative products for informed decision-making.
  • Building AI and ML-based tools to automate processes, such as recommendation engines and lead scoring systems.
  • Designing and operating data management systems, collaborating with data users to optimize architectures and systems.
  • Selecting and configuring backend database technologies and optimizing data pipeline infrastructure for intelligence needs.
  • Implementing automated processes for integrating various datasets, conducting scalable data research, and developing scripts to handle data efficiently.
  • Collaborating with collection managers and computer scientists to design new data processes and generate algorithms for automated collection strategies.
  • Evaluating collection criteria and recommending data integration solutions to support the Tasking, Collection, Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination process.
  • Participating in briefings, meetings, conferences, and working groups to provide advice and resolve issues as requested by the Government.
