  • Client Delivery & Technical LeadershipWork closely with consultants to translate methodologies into reproducible and auditable technical solutions
  • Support the delivery of established methodologies across new client engagements
  • Occasionally work directly with clients to understand requirements and explain technical approaches
  • Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of outputs before they reach clients
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising engineering standards across the team


  • What We’re Looking ForAround 4–5 years’ professional experience in software or data engineering
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Production experience working with Large Language Models, including prompt design and evaluation
  • Experience making probabilistic AI outputs reliable enough for production environments
  • Strong SQL and relational data modelling experience
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines that other teams rely on
  • Cloud experience, ideally Microsoft Azure or GCP
  • Proven ability to own work end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in an environment where requirements and scope aren't always fully defined
  • Desirable ExperienceFinancial services, investment management, ESG, or sustainability experience
  • Experience with document processing and information extraction at scale
  • Experience introducing AI evaluation, testing, or quality assurance practices into a production product
  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
