Design and build complex data pipelines for optimal data flow. Build and maintain a lakehouse tailored to the real estate domain. - Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a data referent within the real estate vertical. Collaborate closely with business, strategy, and analyst teams. Participate in demos and internal data engineering guild days. - Operations & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to technical R&D and technology monitoring. Work in a modern stack: Airflow, Spark, AWS (S3, Athena), Kubernetes, Ubuntu, Python, Java, SQL, IntelliJ, Concourse, Docker, Github, Terraform. 👤 Profile sought : Education : A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience : A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data engineering or a similar role. Technical Skills : Advanced knowledge of Java and Python in Unix-based environments. Proficiency with distributed systems architecture and cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, Athena). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. Knowledge of PostgreSQL/Redshift and Apache Spark is a plus Strong SQL skills and understanding of data pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team settings. Excellent attention to detail, results-oriented, and a continuous learner. High level of curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
