Shape your professional future with the 7-time top service provider: We are already THE payroll office for more than 4,000 companies throughout Germany and are growing daily. Our client base ranges from the corner kiosk to global players with more than 1,000 employees. And with you, we're guaranteed to become even more powerful…
More team spirit, more growth, more success!
We are looking for a Data Engineer / IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) if you enjoy working in a small team, programming, and are keen to actively shape and develop our data landscape and infrastructure. Then you're exactly who we're looking for! This isn't just about maintenance and traditional support: you'll take on responsibility, improve existing solutions, and have the opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas. Technical understanding, initiative, and a willingness to learn new topics and technologies are particularly important to us. This is a full-time position, available as soon as possible at our Kiel location.
• Maintenance and further development of our data pipelines and data infrastructure
• Technical support for our CRM system and the underlying MySQL database
• Further development of our infrastructure, especially with Linux, containerization, and encapsulated services
• Ensuring data quality as well as optimizing and automating existing data processes
• Independent implementation of projects and new ideas, prospectively also in data science and machine learning
• Collaboration with various departments and support with technical and data-related issues
• Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, data science, mathematics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification.
• Career changers with relevant practical knowledge in data engineering, programming and/or IT support are expressly welcome.
• Initial practical experience with Python and SQL
• Knowledge of PHP, FastAPI, Docker and Linux is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Technical and analytical understanding as well as an independent, structured way of working
• Openness, willingness to learn, initiative and enjoyment of working in a team
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
