Your responsibilities

: - Development of web applications for timetable construction within the framework of capacity management

- Setup, further development, and operation of a central data platform for visualizing and controlling network utilization

- Working in an agile team (Scrum) and actively exchanging information with system architects and stakeholders

- Migration and optimization of ETL routes/data pipelines to cloud-based solutions on AWS

- Connection, preparation, linking, quality assurance, and provision of data

- Consulting on the use of automated testing procedures and definition of test cases

- Analysis and integration of new data sources as well as definition of technical interfaces

- Support of the product owner with expertise in ETL and data warehousing

- Collaboration on new features, architectural specifications, and the continuous improvement of processes

Your profile

: - Completed studies in the field of IT (e.g., business informatics) or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience in the implementation of large BI/data warehouse solutions, including SQL-based ETL development

- Experience in the development of data warehouses on AWS (Athena, Redshift, Lambda, Stepfunctions, S3, Secrets Manager, etc.) IAM, Python, SQL, AWS Glue)

- Knowledge of BI report development, ideally with Power BI

- Experience in dealing with and coordinating with various stakeholders

- Knowledge of data migration, query tuning, DevOps (CI/CD) and an AWS certification are advantageous

- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Please be aware that German is the working language in our project and good German language skills (level B2+) are a prerequisite for the position.
