We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Data Engineer (m/f/d) of Sport Alliance, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data processes, ensuring efficient data flow, storage, analysis, and contributing to the overall success of our data initiatives.

Your position in our team

  • Be part of data projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop scalable data products
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable data architectures
  • Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT processes for diverse datasets
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire data pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data and technology
  • Foster a culture of data literacy within the organization

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Working experience of 3+ years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in data engineering with a focus on project leadership
  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles
  • Proficiency in Python (R is a nice to have)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and related data services
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
