Role Overview

As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as the data expert of the implementation process. Your role includes identifying data requirements, creating optimal data migration processes, and advising clients on how to create repeatable ETL processes.Your focus will include technical & product support, project management and business analytics. What You will Do

• Advise clients on how to drive standardization and best practices for data structures, quality, reuse
• Lead the end-to-end data ETL process from a customer's ERP system into MindBridge
• Develop an understanding of ERP financial data models to automate and manage complex ETL jobs
• Extract, format and shape financial data
• Troubleshoot, provide work-arounds, and permanent fixes to data issues
• Develop & maintain internal and external facing templates and documentation, including data requirements, process, flow diagrams, and mapping
• Design data pipelines for internal analytics, management reports and dashboards
• Be the data ingestion product expert and stay up-to-date on new features
• Provide feedback and influence the product decisions based on customers' needs
• Cross-functionally collaborate with customer success, support, product management, development, and data scientists to provide innovative client solutions
• Provide a data expert's lens to roadmap discussions to ensure future feature additions are software/release testing as required
