As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and expanding the core of our data platform. Your work will focus on building a future-proof solution with streamlined, efficient ETL processes. We value innovation and encourage you to stay ahead of technological advancements, integrating them into our daily operations to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you work closely with the IT Architect and Product Owner to make strategic decisions, with a strong emphasis on data quality and metadata management. Your contributions will enable high-quality information products that empower key domains such as Finance, Operations, Management, and HR.

• Take the technical lead in the ongoing development of our data platform in collaboration with the Data & BI team;
• Provide proactive recommendations on new solutions and emerging technologies, including AI;
• Develop and maintain methodologies to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency;
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data;
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability;
• Educate and inspire stakeholders on the potential of data and the capabilities of the data platform;
• Translate business needs into technological solutions and provide recommendations for solution directions
