ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: £55K-£70K
Equity: Real ownership, significant upside potential.
Location: Remote-first overall, with regular in-person days in our London office. Wider remote or hybrid options very much available, with flexible arrangements for the right candidate. We have an office in London , for anyone who wants to work in an office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Connect 30+ data sources via Fivetran (APIs, databases, SaaS tools) with 99%+ uptime
• Handle schema evolution and manage breaking changes across multiple environmental and business data sources
• Design and implement scalable data models in our cloud data warehouse using dbt for transformation workflows
• Build robust data systems for both structured environmental data and unstructured research content
• Collaborate with AWS infrastructure (S3, RDS, Lambda) to optimise data storage and processing
• Deliver automated dashboards tracking conservation outcomes and business performance
• Support data science initiatives with clean, analysis-ready datasets
