- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure Python-based applications and backend services.

- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing solutions to meet business requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions, reusable frameworks, and software designs.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology strategy and solution design.

- Ensure high software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Business Analysis, and Product Management.

- Support CI/CD implementation and automation in development and deployment processes.

- Provide production support, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous service improvement.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence within the team.

- Apply strong Python development skills, including OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.

- Work with modern Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django) and in cloud/enterprise environments.

- Develop and optimize database solutions, including efficient SQL queries and data modeling with relational/NoSQL databases.

- Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and utilize CI/CD pipelines.

- Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures.

- Participate in Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Take ownership of workstreams, deliver outcomes with minimal supervision, and foster a customer-focused mindset.

- Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

- Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ), security mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT), observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus), and regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance).
