OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our People Analytics function. This isn’t just about moving data around — it’s about designing smarter pipelines, strengthening the accuracy of our HR data platforms, and making sure the insights our teams rely on are fast, reliable, and actionable.
You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiting Ops and Business Technology, building the kind of infrastructure that helps us answer big questions about people, hiring, and growth. If you enjoy solving complex problems, streamlining messy systems, and turning data into a true strategic asset, we’d love to talk.
Contract position : 12 months starting in Sept 2025

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 yrs experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Fivetran.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Databricks, APIs, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing technologies such as Redshift and S3
