This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data infrastructure that drives business insights and marketing analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing technology, CRM, and front-end developers, to ensure data solutions support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making. The role emphasizes both backend data engineering and opportunities to contribute to front-end analytics. You will operate in a flexible, collaborative, and fully remote environment, where your contributions directly impact client outcomes and internal operations while fostering professional growth. Accountabilities Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and models using Snowflake and DBT tailored to marketing and business use cases. Implement logical and physical data models, including dimensional modeling, to support analytics requirements. Collaborate with front-end developers, marketing analysts, and CRM engineers to ensure data structures meet reporting and dashboard needs. Translate business and marketing requirements into technical specifications and scalable data architecture solutions. Implement data governance and metadata management processes using Snowflake or Microsoft Purview. Support self-service analytics through Power BI dashboards, enabling teams to explore campaign performance and audience insights. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for quality, performance, and reliability. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, focusing on cloud-based platforms and data modeling. Proven expertise in Snowflake and strong SQL skills. Familiarity with data governance tools such as Snowflake or Microsoft Purview. Experience integrating data from Microsoft Dynamics and other B2B marketing platforms. Knowledge of Power BI for dashboarding and reporting. Preferred: Experience with DBT, marketing analytics platforms, CRM, and campaign management systems. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
