Proficiency in SQL and strong experience developing modular dbt models for analytics workflows. Proven track record in building and managing Airflow pipelines and maintaining data infrastructure in fast-paced environments. Interest or experience in leveraging AI, LLMs, and automation to enhance data-driven processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a remote, agile team environment and adapt quickly to evolving priorities. Bonus points for experience with Pyspark on Databricks, metrics layer design, or exposure to political, civic, or social impact work. Competitive salary range of $110,000–$160,000 depending on experience and qualifications. 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision benefits for employees and dependents. Fully remote work setup with a workspace stipend and $50/month home office allowance. Unlimited paid time off policy promoting work-life balance and flexibility. 401(k) program for retirement savings. Individual learning and development budget for professional growth. Innovative Bitcoin-denominated deferred bonus plan offering long-term upside potential. Opportunity to work on a high-impact mission with a collaborative, values-driven team.
