About the Role Data analysis of solver operated protocols Analyze protocol data to generate insights that drive increased market share and profitability. Identify performance gaps and areas where competing solvers outperform our strategies. Work with comprehensive datasets spanning 11 blockchains, including all cross-chain orders, auctions, and bids. Use whatever language and tools you are comfortable with Designing, maintaining, and scaling data pipelines Build and maintain data extraction and transformation pipelines. Operate and extend our internal fork of Firehose and Substreams to capture and store protocol relevant data. Add support for new blockchains as they are integrated. When required, fetch and parse data directly via RPC and integrate it into existing pipelines. Rust and a bit of Go Building and maintaining Grafana dashboards Create high level dashboards providing clear overviews of the protocols we operate. Develop detailed, per-order dashboards that surface actionable insights and performance metrics. SQL Key Responsibilities Dive deep into data and turn it into actionable insights Develop and maintain data pipelines for internal analytics Build and maintain Grafana dashboards tracking core performance metrics Analyse new protocols to uncover business opportunities Go head-to-head with top organizations in the blockchain space Strong data analysis skills and excellent SQL and Python Experience writing data transformation code Bonus: Rust Self-driven with strong product ownership Take pride in delivering top-quality work Define yourself through your craft A solid salary you can count on and bonuses that make a real impact A team packed with experts in VC, yield farming, and validator operations A great office in Prague (but we’re cool with remote if it’s a great fit)
