What you’ll be doing: Building and deploying data pipelines within the Stagecoach Integration Platform (SIP) and Data Warehouse. Supporting systems to store and retrieve large volumes of data securely and efficiently. Integrating data from multiple sources, leveraging APIs, applications, and external systems. Monitoring and improving the quality, performance, and reliability of our data & integration platform. Working closely with the wider Data, Analytics & Insight team to deliver end-to-end data products. Ensuring all solutions meet information security and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with colleagues across Central Functions and Operating Companies to deliver data capabilities that support strategic goals. What we’re looking for: Experience in Python and SQL for data integration and engineering. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, but Azure/GCP also welcome). Knowledge of data warehousing tools (e.g. Redshift, Snowflake) and concepts. Understanding of data modelling for efficient storage and retrieval. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences. Why Stagecoach?
