Riverside Healthcare in Kankakee, Illinois, is seeking an experienced and proactive Data Engineer Team Lead to join our Analytics team. The Data Engineer Team Lead is a senior member of the Analytics team with responsibilities in database administration, application development, mentorship, and project management. The role involves managing and optimizing our data infrastructure, including administration of Epic’s Cogito and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, developing and maintaining web applications, and overseeing SQL Server database operations. The Data Engineer Team Lead also functions as top tier Business Intelligence Developer and takes on the most sophisticated and challenging reporting projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data engineering, experience with healthcare data systems, and a commitment to supporting high-quality patient care through data-driven insights.
