SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Data Engineer with expertise in Snowflake to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. This role requires strong experience with ETL processes, and big data technologies to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
    • Build and optimize data models, ensuring high performance and scalability in Snowflake.
    • Implement best practices for Snowflake data warehousing, including schema design, partitioning, and performance tuning.
    • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, or Scala.
    • Integrate data from various sources, including APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across platforms.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
    • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
    • Implement data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
