• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to support operational and analytics requirements
• Translate business needs into technical data solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to define specifications and deliver high-quality results
• Optimise data flows, automate manual processes, and improve the efficiency of data delivery and governance frameworks
• Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance through rigorous documentation, audits and implementation of best practices
• Lead on the implementation of data governance, including access controls, encryption, and secure storage
• Support data scientists and analysts with well-structured datasets and intuitive data models that align with governance standards
• Troubleshoot data issues and proactively identify areas for performance improvement across the data landscape
