About the Role We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple systems (such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, QuickBooks, ADP, and others) into Snowflake. This role will ensure data quality, security, and accessibility across the enterprise What You’ll Do Build,and Maintain Data Pipelines: Maintain ETL/ELT processes for ingesting,transforming, and loading data from various sources (APIs, databases, flat files) into the data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) through Fivetran Data Integration: Integrate data from internal and external systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness Data Quality & Cleansing: Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes to ensure high-quality, trusted data. Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and queries for efficiency and scalability Data Warehouse Management: Support the administration, security, and ongoing maintenance of the data warehouse infrastructure Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of pipeline architectures, data models, data dictionaries, and report definition Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs What You Bring Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake,Databricks, Azure SQL Data Warehouse) Experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration platforms (e.g., Fivetran, DBT, Airflow) Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and database design concepts Familiarity with API integration and RESTful web services Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with business and technical teams What We Offer 100% remote work to provide flexibility and work-life balance.
