Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and process modeling. Organize, manipulate, and manage large volumes of data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with experienced team members on specific projects, bringing innovative ideas to the table. Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Knowledge of process modeling and analysis. Experience in data management: handling large datasets, data manipulation, and organization. Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools such as PowerBI, Data Bricks, Smartsheet & Service Now. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Attention to detail and passion for innovation and problem-solving. Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to improve processes.
