POSITION OVERVIEW

Crystal Clear Testing Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, to support our corrosion survey and inspection reporting teams. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of inspection data across a variety of oil and gas integrity projects. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting data-driven reporting processes and maintaining document quality standards. This role would start at part time and move into full time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or administrative support (experience in NDT, inspection, or oil & gas sectors considered a strong asset)

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools (experience with SharePoint, inspection databases, or corrosion software is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle shifting priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma in administration, business, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately enter inspection and corrosion survey data into internal databases and templates

  • Review field data packages for completeness and consistency
  • Support the preparation of formal inspection reports, including organizing photos, sketches, and technical observations
  • Assist with document control, file naming, and uploading of reports to client portals or internal SharePoint systems
  • Communicate with field technicians and project coordinators to resolve discrepancies or missing data
  • Maintain tracking logs for inspection status, data submissions, and report progress
  • Follow internal quality control procedures for documentation and data verification
  • Provide general administrative support to the inspection team as needed
