Our client a leading manufacturer of electric and electronic products located in Scarborough, ON is looking for Data Entry Administrator .

OVERVIEW

This role focuses on accurate data entry, order processing, inventory tracking, and customer support while working closely with logistics and planning to keep operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our Supply Chain Operations team. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in office, and 2 days at home.
Contract position - 6months

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry across systems (majority of the role).
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and updates while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Track and verify inventory levels and support logistics needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage daily inventory calls/orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
  • This role requires comfort with a minimum of 6-7 inventory inquiry calls and 6-7 large-line-item orders daily, with occasional backlog management during peak seasons.
