JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Track project progress with stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Follow up on tasks to ensure completion.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for management.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, contract, and reports.
  • To contact customer to obtain customer information either by call or email.
  • To perform the sanity check on customer information maintained by the bank to ensure completeness.
  • Liaison with RM and maintenance team for outstanding customer information
