Altitude 233 Inc. and its affiliated companies are active in construction, renovation, and property management across Montréal and surrounding areas. We manage multiple real estate holdings and development projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Admin Assistant to support our administrative teams in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams across multiple companies
  • Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders & filing
  • Assist with updating budget files, expense tracking, and coordination with accountants.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, resourceful, and able to work independently when needed
