(DHi) is seeking a Data Entry Analyst (Quality Assurance – Remote) to maintain accurate data records, verify quality, and perform detailed audits on data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at identifying discrepancies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Input, verify, and maintain data entries across multiple systems. Review entries for accuracy and completeness. Correct or escalate errors in data records. Compliance & Reporting Assist in preparing QA reports for management review. Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards. Support audits and data validation processes. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with data management, finance, and operations teams. Ensure data accuracy aligns with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in data entry or quality assurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related data QA. Familiarity with data management platforms and reporting tools. Problem-Solving: Identify and correct data issues proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
