THE ROLE As a Data Entry and Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. You will manage high volumes of data, coordinate correspondence, and support both internal teams and outsourced partners to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will join our Global Customer Support team in Manila, reporting to the Operations Lead, and will work closely with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency and process consistency. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Process and manage large volumes of administrative data with accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate and handle emails related to tolls, fines, and other administrative matters. Review and ensure the accurate processing of toll and fine-related correspondence. Communicate and allocate tasks to outsourced partners, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor and control backlogs related to tolls, fines, and administrative processes. Oversee internal correspondence to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Handle payments for tolls and fines, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Utilize tools such as Excel, Airtable, and other administrative software to track and manage tasks. Continuously assess and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage complex processes and large datasets. Proficiency in Excel, Airtable, and other administrative tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with external stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
