OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our dealer partners / customerss, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, data entry, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of various administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing transactions.
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred (not required).
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
