We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Filing Clerk. As a Data Entry and Filing Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial data into our database system
  • Ensure all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and update company records, including client information, financial reports, and other documents
  • Prepare and organize financial files for storage and archival purposes
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and accurate data management processes
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of all financial information

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting or finance preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry and/or filing clerk role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and filing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of financial terminology and concepts is a plus

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

55,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Remote (Memphis, Tennessee, US)
