We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry and Verification Clerk to join our Customer Support team in a fully virtual capacity. This hourly, full-time role is critical to maintaining the accuracy of our records and ensuring high-quality support for our customers. If you’re a diligent individual with a knack for detail and a strong command of the English language, this is the role for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and database software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic technical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting common software issues.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Input, verify, and update customer data within our CRM and database systems.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Review and validate incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address discrepancies or missing information.
  • Generate reports based on collected data and provide insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information and comply with company data privacy standards.
  • Continuously improve data entry processes and identify ways to increase efficiency.

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:
