POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our QA department in transferring existing records — including paper documents, digital files, and other data — into a new software system. This role is a temporary assignment; however, there may be an opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data entry, administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role preferred; experience in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or QA setting is a plus.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Temporary assignment (duration to be determined)
  • Standard business hours; occasional flexibility may be required.
