Responsibilities Enter patient information, medical records, and appointment details into electronic databases with high accuracy. Verify and update existing records to ensure data is current and complete. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed by management. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly. Support administrative staff with clerical duties related to data management. Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to enhance data entry workflows. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in data entry, preferably in healthcare or wellness settings. Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or similar databases is a plus. Basic knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software.
