Description

We will be opening Data Entry Associate role in Mid May or early June to support the centralized processing of applications and eligibility reviews submitted through an online portal. This position is responsible for accurate data entry, interview scheduling, system updates, and processing incoming electronic correspondence received via email, shared file platforms, and fax. The role also provides clerical and administrative support across additional workstreams as prioritized by program leadership. We have in person at Kapolei and remote position roles. Responsibilities Register applications and eligibility reviews in the eligibility processing database Identify and determine eligibility for expedited processing when applicable Schedule interviews and issue appointment notices Update system records and maintain accurate case notes Review, categorize, and route incoming documents from shared email inboxes and secure file‑sharing platforms Create and assign tasks within the workload management system Upload and accurately classify documents in the electronic case file Support additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Demonstrated keyboarding and basic computer skills Minimum of six (6) months of work experience demonstrating knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and basic arithmetic Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions and to write clearly and accurately Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Familiarity with public assistance or benefits‑related programs preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kapolei, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
