Givens Transportation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry/Billing Clerk to join our Transportation Administration team. This role directly supports the Transportation department and is responsible for administrative processes including order receipt and entry into our TMS systems and invoice generation for multiple internal and external customers.  Strong data entry skills are essential to ensuring orders and invoices are managed with accuracy and efficiency.  To achieve this, a successful candidate must be technologically proficient, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 and TMS platforms, to accurately resolve issues and support operations.  This position requires an organized individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while adapting to evolving customer and business requirements. The ability to evaluate priorities, allocate attention where it is needed most, and balance competing priorities to deliver timely, reliable results is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Own the order entry process for a selection of Transportation customers * Review documentation from multiple sources to ensure charges are billed correctly to customers * Generate customer invoices within established departmental SLAs * Resolve internal and external requests with efficiency and professionalism * Support daily transportation administrative functions as needed Qualifications:   * High School diploma required * Experience with customer service, accounting, or billing * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver professional customer service. * Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyze and reconcile information from multiple sources to ensure accurate billing. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Previous transportation industry experience, particularly in drayage or truckload operations, is preferred * Experience using Trinium TMS is preferred, but not required   Benefits: * Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental, Vision) * 401K Plan with company contribution * Paid Time Off (PTO) & 10 Paid Holidays * Life Insurance (Basic and Voluntary) * Short and Long Term Disability * Employee events and activities throughout the year * Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
