We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and managing data efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. This role plays a key part in supporting the organization’s operations by keeping records up to date and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (50+ words per minute preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or databases is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
  • Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, as needed.
  • Retrieve and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Follow organizational policies to ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist other departments with data-related needs and queries.
  • Meet daily, weekly, or monthly data entry quotas as assigned.
